Whitehaven Town Council has purchased Seagull Proof Bags for use by the residents in the Parish Of Whitehaven.  

 

These bags are designed to hold your ordinary bin bags and act as a deterrent against the seagulls themselves attacking bags.

 

The first bag is free with additional bags costing £3.25 each.  Each Seagull Proof Bag can hold between 3 and 4 full bin bags.

 

If you want a Seagull Proof Bag then please call into the Town Council Offices at 148 Queen Street, Whitehaven to collect one.
